Shortcake Recipe for my readers – lets try Strawberry Shortcake with Nutella Biscuits
Okay, I am seriously excited about this recipe. You see, I have been trying to add Nutella to everything lately. I have an unholy amount of it because for my sisters birthday I made her a Nutella cake and bought way more than I needed. I wasn’t sure I would be able to work Nutella into biscuits, and it took some finagling, but it is so worth it. The Nutella comes through nicely, but the biscuits are not very sweet. Which is perfect because we are serving them with sweetened strawberries and whipped cream.
I should tell you that everyone you mention this recipe to will freak out. You know that zombie face where they go slack-jawed and make an “ughhhhh ma gawd” type utterance. Sometimes drool. People seriously go nuts for Nutella. I think I’ve said Nutella too many times in this post so let’s just fast forward to the recipe.
