- Mash and Season: Drain potatoes, return to pot. Squeeze roasted garlic cloves from their skin and mash. Combine potatoes with roasted garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, and salt. Gently stir over low-medium heat for 5 minutes.
